NEW DAY & TIME

EVERY MONDAY EVENING 6-7pm  £6 PER PERSON

BOXING WOMEN ONLY BANNER

This weekly class is designed specifically for women. with an emphasis on learning all the skills and techniques of boxing with the added benefits of weight loss, fitness, flexibility, body shape and tone. As well as improving strength and stamina you will learn all self-defense skills of boxing. Work at your own pace and level of ability, lose weight, make friends and have fun! See improvements in 6 weeks!

N.B. You will not need any equipment to start with, however you may wish to look into purchasing some bag gloves and hand wraps/protectors asap. Please ask if you are unsure what equipment you will need.

    Hi I’m interested I’m starting to box and loose weight I’ve never done this before. I can’t make Thursday is the Saturday session the same as the Thursday session

    • Hi Shannon the Sat session is a 1 hour intensive so you would be better with the Ladies class on Thursdays to start off with. Or you could book some 1-2-1 sessions of you wanted a more tailored session
