MIDAS BOXING & FITNESS OFFER A RANGE OF TRAINING OPTIONS TO SUIT EVERYONE
  • BOXING/FITNESS CLASSES – For all levels of ability and fitness. learn all the skills and techniques of boxing
  • OPEN SPARRING – Suitable for those who have some boxing experience from any martial and who want to improve
  • INTENSIVE BOX/FIT – 1 Hour of intensive boxing and fitness training to really push your stamina and fitness
  • WOMEN’S ONLY BOX/FIT – Class designed for female body weight loss, improving body tone, flexibility and fitness
  • BAG & PADS CLASS – Class working on the Bags and Pads improving punch technique and skills
  • LITTLE CHAMPS UNDER 15’s BOX/FIT – Kids class teaching boxing skills, discipline and improve self-confidence
  • PERSONAL TRAINING – 1-2-1 Training with personal trainer writing your personal training program at gym or home
  • 1-2-1 BOXING LESSONS –  Learn to box 1-2-1 with your own personal boxing coach the best way to learn boxing
  • GROUP SESSIONS – 1 to 4 people can train together with option of general fitness and boxing based training
  • CORPORATE SESSIONS – Team building corporate session for your business, organisation or team
  • BODY BLAST BOOT CAMPS – Fitness boot camps to push and test your fitness to the limit lose weight gain stamina
  • CIRCUIT TRAINING – Multi-station circuit training class to push your fitness to new levels
  • OUTDOOR SESSIONS – When the weather is good we do outdoor Box/Fit sessions normally in late spring early summer

Mixed classes for all ages, levels of ability and fitness. MIDAS BOXING & FITNESS has a range of classes that utilize boxing techniques and skills to help you get the most  benefit out of your training. You will learn real boxing skills, get fit, toned & lose weight.  You can train with no contact at all just for fun or train to master the finer points of boxing whether for fun, fitness or to put the gloves get in the ring and fight…

Classes run from 1-2 hours duration and normally cost £6 for Adults or £5 for under 16’s. Check individual classes for exact duration and price.We have a Pay Monthly option available and again the price depends on gym and classes check the face book page for further details.
